Italian Style Peas
1 lb bag frozen peas
1 onion diced
4 garlic cloves diced
2 T extra virgin olive oil
1 T chicken stock or 1 chicken bullion cube + 1 T water
Salt and pepper to taste
Saute the diced onion and garlic in olive oil. If you’re using a bouillon, add it now and allow it to dissolve in the saute.
Once the onions are translucent, add the frozen peas. If you’re using chicken stock, add it now, if not add the water.
Heat the peas through and season with salt and pepper.
